Recently, I purchased a property in Naples Florida. I began many months ago by searching the mls pages of various real-estate agents web sites in the Naples area, and became quite familiar with the workings of those sites. I learned which sites provided the most information, which were the easiest to navigate and which were the most efficiently designed.
During my search, I found the web site of Barry Brown, (Barry4homes@aol.com), to be so user friendly that I rarely used any other. On his site I was able to page the listings, get additional information, and switch back and forth to maps and other sections quickly and easily. Barry's site afforded me the opportunity to get a larger, more accurate picture of the local market in the least amount time and also, due to the efficiency of his web site, I was able to spend more time before becoming fatigued.
During the contract and purchase phase of this experience Barry was always available and provided any and every assistance necessary. This was immensely important since I was in New York and unable to do any local leg work in Naples. Barry made it easy for me to remain in New York for the entire transaction, and his efforts were thorough and beyond anything I asked him to do.
I have been involved in several real estate transactions over the years and have never written a testimonial about any other agent that I have worked with. Barry is "The Best", and I highly recommend him if you are considering purchasing property in the south west Florida area.
