Coastland Center

 

On Tamiami Trail (US 41) just north of Old Naples, the 950,000 square foot enclosed climate controlled Coastland Center is home to over 25 stores and small specialty shops.  Anchored by Dillard´s, JC Penny, Macys and Sears, you will find everything  from  men´s and ladies' apparel to jewelry, sports, shoe and specialty shops  You will also find services such as hearing and vision centers, shoe repair shops and nail, tanning and hair styling salons.  Then when you are done shopping or just need a break, there are over 20 dining and fast food options including a food court and sit down restaurants.

Crayton Cove

 

Located on 12th Avenue South and 8th Street South, Crayton Cove is a sailor´s delight.  Here you will find the Naples City Dock, the Naples Yacht Club, the famous Dock Restaurant, the Naples Ship´s Store, the Cove Inn and a variety of shops, salons and eateries. 

 

The Naples City Dock is the place to go if fishing, sailing or a sight seeing charter is on your list of things to do.  Crayton Cove is also home to the Naples Horse and Carriage Company (239-649-1210). If you´re in the mood for a romantic ride, a horse-drawn carriage through Old Naples is just the ticket.

Fifth Avenue South

 

One of Naples´ most fashionable addresses, Fifth Avenue South is a must on everybody´s shopping list.  Home to retailers, trendy yet sophisticated boutiques, specialty shops, world class galleries, restaurants, hotels and outdoor cafes, Fifth Avenue South is truly the Main Street of Naples.  You will definitely want to take time to leisurely peruse the many shops and galleries for that special item or outfit for yourself or a friend.  Then when you are done, stop and relax at one of the many street side cafés and bistros and enjoy the scene.  Stay until evening and have dinner at one of the many world class restaurants, take in the theater or party into the evening at one the nightclubs. 

If you are available the second Thursday of any month, you will not want to miss Thursday Night on Fifth Avenue.  All of the shops stay open late and there is entertainment on the streets, which make it great evening for all who attend.

Third Street South

 

Once the central business district of Naples, this historic area includes nearly 100 of the city's finest shops, art galleries, gift boutiques and restaurants.  Located in the southern section of Old Naples, the Third Street South shopping area provides the type of charm and elegance that is only found in Old Naples. 

 

There are abundant shops devoted to clothes and accessories with a wide range of trendy, casual and sophisticated styles to choose some.  Almost all are local businesses and carry items that you won´t find at a mall or chain store.  Third Street South is on the National Register of Historic Places and even has a concierge to help you with your needs.

 

You will find tree lined avenues, resting areas, historical buildings, and outdoor cafes and bistros.  Only two blocks from the Naples pier and beaches, it is a delightful place to spend the afternoon.

Tin City

Tin City, with over 40 unique boutiques, is one of Naples' most popular attractions.  Originally built in 1926 as a clam shelling and oyster processing plant, Tin City retains that rustic maritime past. Its quaint boardwalks, tin-topped building and bay front shops and eateries overlook the working docks of Naples Bay. Specializing in nautical and sea-themed gifts, merchants offer everything from sea shells to tropical clothing.   Enjoy the shopping and then stop in at one of the two waterfront restaurants for lunch or dinner.
